The sky's in the mornings are definitely looking more like dry season every day. Hope I'm wrong as we still have a month of wet to go.

Karl your dissection of the weather is Interesting. Ours is not as scientific but may get the same outcomes :D :D Emptied the rain gauge (Humpty Doo) had 110 mll from the last 5 days as I have been away (looking for crimson finches down the track a bit).

AND, it would appear that the finches have deserted nests, have not seen or heard a single one last 3 days, no good at all, bl..dy QLD. stealing our weather/rain again, may penalise them by supporting the "Blues" this time.

Ah that webcam idea is pretty cool eh, never heard of it. Do you get much feed back during serious weather or anything ?

Gday Kai, Whats been happening with the finches and animals etc this year? Would be interested to hear an update with all the good monsoonal activity thats been around since December.
