Spitfire Trailers

Post by maxpower »

G'day,

I'm just chasing any info on these trailers particularly the alloy/stainless versions. They look pretty flash but I am wondering how people are going with them apparently a few have sold in Darwin. I have one and have had some good and some bad experience.

Particularly interested in thoughts on the torsion axles. Send me a PM if need be.

Cheers

I am not sure about the trailers but the torsion axle has been around for a long time and are very reliable . They are installed on a lot of caravans and camper trailers but the only issue is if something goes wrong with it your boat will be on the back of the tilt tray as you cant fix them . The whole axle will need replacing
