Self centering keel rollers

I am going to fit self centering keel rollers to my trailer can any one tell me how many I need. Do I replace all of the keel rollers or just the one that the keel first touches?

The self centering rollers can be put on backwards or forwards, if they are put on the wrong way it will try to throw the boat off the side of the trailer when you drive on. Check out the photos from a post that I put up a couple of years ago showing the right and wrong way of installing them.
