Hi guys,

Was looking at getting a new rig and am very interested in the McClay's in either the 4.8 or 5m side console set up. But last week i had a look at a Tracker Pro Guide V16 which comes fully buffed out. Interested if people have had any experience with these two boats. I've had a run in a 4.4m tiller McClay out through the Pioneer in about 15-20 of south Easterly and was very impressed. another thing i like is the minimum draw the hull has. Good for getting up creeks i reckon. Tracker, a bit of an unknown for me.

Had a look at a 5.5m McClay last week, few things i did'nt like. The welded floor is'nt self draining,the foam filled gunnels make it hard to run wirering to the front of the boat and the front hatch in the casting deck has the 130lt fuel tank,no room for much gear.
