Review of management of fisheries in Qld

For Qld members of FFF
In late 2014, a review team(MRAG) led by professor Glen Hurry reported to Govt on the "the new road for fisheries management" in Qld.
A new Govt was elected in early 2015 and it introduced 3 net free zones.
Then the govt released the MRAG review and asked for public comment.
Now the Govt has "distilled" what it sees as major issues into a Green Paper and asked for comment on that.

Attached is my submission to that Green Paper.
I don't know enough about issues that lots of others do like sustainability, quotas, stock sharing, replenishment etc so I didn't comment on those.
But I did comment on compliance and resourcing.
For your information.
