Nursery Creek

googled up a small creek near our station today and found a track in to it, fishing was non stop on the out going nothing huge but fun all the same.
Plenty jacks cod and bream.
Access was limited as i was land based, but found a nice rock bar at mouth which produced plenty of tiddlers and few bigger bream...

walked further up but bank access was limited, but found small jacks under most shaded banks with a little structre

got big appertite even the real tiddlers , angry fish

On the way back found few nice crab holes in bank sum where like rabbit holes :o luckly i was close to ute where i had crab hook .. score :D

went out after work friday with this small bass river to sea poper and scored a nice jack for tea

They seem to like this brand the most, just got get them to stick

Great Post, Pony.

Catching those Jacks from the bank would be great fun. :mrgreen: They are an addictive fish, must be great to be catching them in those aurrounds.

Better than catching the Jack from Mitchell Street. :rofl:

Na not yet mate boats still in darwin heading over next week to get it, been doing plenty of reaserch though :D and sum poor attemts at rigging swim baits.
Wont get a crack till june :mrgreen:
