Brian Sporle has passed away in Charters Towers. Many local fishos, particularly those involved with the Palmerston Game Fishing Club, may remember Brian.
He was an active member of Palmerston Game Fishing Club and was one of the key people who got the NT Barra Nationals started.
He later became a fishing tour operator and was President of the NT Fishing Tour Operators Association (now the NTGFIA).
RIP Brian Sporle
