Looks to me like someone who enjoys outdoor activities, using tax payer provided infrastructure to load his recreational equipment.
Is that a problem?

Tiz a problem if there is a queue of boat users, as per the story. There's only one boat ramp, but there is a whole world of bike-loading space.

It was a joke. Wouldn't have been a problem if they'd done it quickly and left but they stuffed around for 20minutes + while there was a whole queue of boats waiting.

Possibly one of the most boring places to ride a dirtbike.
If i meet the goon at a race meet, ill slap him.

I dunno why he needs to use the ramp to load his bike with ramps....
It was more of an attention grabbing moment i think, the landscape out there to ride is boring, there is no challenging riding.
Just a huge group of people he can get to watch him and his gumby skills.

Dinah Beach on Monday, almost low tide, gentleman left his wife holding the 5 metre tinny by the bow rope, at the waters edge, effectively blocking the entire ramp. He wandered off to take his time parking the car. She didn't seem too impressed when I backed by boat down the ramp, so after waiting for old mate to return to the boat I finally get my trailer in, no hurry buddy, my 6 and a half doesn't need water to float, he drives the boat along the short bit of pontoon still floating and stays there for about 10 minutes, sunscreen, sounders on and working etc, with me floating about 3 metres away waiting to tie my boat up.
Anyway, I return after fishing for the morning, old mate has just returned, when he finally gets the boat out, he parks at the top of the ramp turn around area, leaves his drivers door open (blocking the road of course) and commences unloading stuff.
I drove past hoping my trailer would collect the door but sadly missed by about 15 cm.
The eternal question is, Is it worth while berating a selfish idiot, or is it a waste of breath?

Yeah some people have no idea and don’t even realise they are making life hard for others. If you say something, you risk getting stabbed
in situations like above, i susally try to lend a hand but it doesnt always work out either

The trouble with dual cabs is they don’t have the tub space needed. that bloke should have popped a mono and ridden it up. I remember a very famous car racer attempting to load a bike into the back of a pantec. he rode up the ramp only to realise that he needed an extra 500mm for his body to fit in as well. the bike went in and he got nailed by the floating floor

Won't find a worse ramp than this one, I took this pic in 2002 ...

Going to need a fair Gerni to clean that one.

I remember when that ramp was first built, shame it was never going to work as it’s not a bad spot for targeting big fish that area
