Leader board took a turnaround today in that the Barra Nats winner for last 2 years (Craig Griffiths of Rocky) is no longer the leader. Been relegated to second place.

Tomorrow (a half day) will be interesting.

Ended up with 373 barra @ 1.5 tonnes;

50 king threadfin and 61 others.

Average barra length of 67cm.

7 barra from 1m to 119cm and 9 king threadfin from 1m to 130cm.

Craig Griffith got back in front for individual but team ended up in 3rd place.

There's been some strange goings-on with barra and threadies in the river of late which seems to have had an influence on outcome.

Get back to you shortly about it, Matt.

I have to ask. Are they hungry? Seems like good numbers caught for the amount of traffic around albeit a bit smaller than expected?

Anyway, a bit jealous considering the lean catches and lean fish around here at the minute. :twisted:
