Looking at heading out either this weekend or next for a night fish.
Do you reckon I’ll have better luck on neaps or springs.
Plan is to fish Fenton patches on tide change for Jews and the head to stena Clyde for a Mac hopefully (and most likley a million tea leaf trevs.

It's still there and everyone has the same idea.
I reckon the ramps will be full this weekend with all the boats I've seen heading out last night and this morning.

Was pretty quite. I think the dolphins must have nbn access and read this forum. There was a large pod of probably twenty or thirty smashing everything.
Did get a $1.20 barra....Cuda.

Yeah, we had avery average trip, 1 queenie, 1 trev..... seemed quiet compared to last few trips, then bottom bashed a spot a few kms off for 1 redfish, then fought 25knt SE wind and 2m swell all the way back.....wet and wild adventure

Edo, trolled lures for first bit, then cast metal slices at rig for a queenie, and few trevalies, then bottom bashed about 2km away around tide turn.

Yep had a trip like that once. Dad was up from down south and I'd been wording him up about the metre mackies on demand from the previous 10 trips but we only got a few trevally
