Manton Dam Punt session.

Mr Tangels and I decided to hit Manton Dam today at dawn, a nice I'd never fished it, and to give the Punt another run. Water was flat as, and was like a dry season morning! Dragonflies aplenty, once the waves of mosquitoes disappeared like my Broncos chances of making the GF this year.. ha ha.
Using weedless lures, I was lucky enough to get into a 60cm Saratoga in the first 20 minutes, after that it was a hard slog, and I see why most people fish it at night, or only at dawn or dusk.
We lost a few Toga, but no sign of any Baz.
Did a couple of trawls, but unsure where to hit and at what depth lures. Was a great time tho! :)
