Found at Lake Bennett rod & reel with "CHRIS 2002" engraved

Howdy Folks,
The young fella has pulled up bit of fishing line which when we pulled it in had a rod and reel attached to it. It has "CHRIS 2002" Engraved on the reel.
This was found off a pontoon on the North End of the Lake. I am tipping this has been pulled in the water from one of the pontoons by a unicorn Barra.
I am tipping that this has sentimental value to someone out there, Maybe a 21st or an 18th Birthday present.
Probably a long shot but we would like to reunite the rod and reel with the owner.
If the owner can tell me the brand of the rod and reel and which side the engraving is, Its yours!
