Mate I grabbed one the other day, look the goods & I like the internal rattle. I think they will come into their own even more in Feb Mar in the harbour. I am still a big fan of the DOA prawns with the weight out though.

Flicked one round on Sat in Woods to no avail. Recon I might have been a bit quick on the retrieve after watching them in a pool vid on YouTube.
What technique has been working for you BarraMick?

they look crash hot, but how many fish do they handle at 13 bucks a pop. do they tear apart like normal softys

The tails also have some kind of webbing running down the tail to stop them tearing apart to easily. I havnt fished them myself but they definitely look the goods

need to work them real slow with lots of pauses and twiches.
let them sink to the bottom then twitch and pause.

they hold up fine. get 10 + fish out of 1 no worries. ($1.00 per fish)

a bit like the threadybusters and transams.
they may be a bit expensive but they work.
no point skimping out and putting on a cheap imatation lure. (the bit that actually catches the fish)

Barra, jacks, trevally, couple of cod

Been real impressed with them, agree with previous comment that they are not the toughest but will generally get a decent day out of them. Have never really done much with soft plastics so missed a lot more than I caught, you really have to be ready to strike when they hit plastic
