Darwin Harbour 1 December

Quick report from this morning:

I took a bloke from work in Tassie out on the harbour.

There were stacks of small queenies around the naval base, and even more at Mandorah along with some trevally. Not a scale at #6 buoy.

Harbour barra were hungry up an arm, I got 5 between 52-55 in the 2hrs of dropping tide I fished. They were hitting hard and feeding all over, the rain didn't phase them. Lure of course was a KO Tailbaitz. Left them biting to retrieve at Dinah by 1230.

Get out there and have a crack, they're feeding harder than I've seen in a while. They're even taking lures despite coughing up jellies!

Didn't realise it was December 1 and could have entered a fish. Seem to only catch 45-60cm fish when the water's in the mangroves.
It rained a few times so we definitely weren't too hot!
