Super day on the harbour

Post by matt w »

After some good recent outings, headed out with my son and his friend to chase barra again....yes, it was a school day, so I decided to label it a "junior development day" to get a positive spin on it! Attached some pics which speak for themselves, after a few 70+ fish on the troll things were going OK but had slowed down a bit..... then in a random spot we found ourselves in the middle of one of those freakish bites where for about 45 minutes it went berserk, someone was either getting hit, dropping one, on a fish or screaming for the net which had another fish still tangled in it! :lolpoint: It was crazy stuff, and then as quickly as it started, it was over. Put plenty back, kept some nice ones. A session like that in good company is one of the best things about fishing. Some very big smiles today! :drinking1:
