Did OK down the Daly, one fish over 90 and a heap of little fellas, all on lures in the golden mile. Was quite cold, didnt seem to matter. mates fishing at night did well about the same time.
Plan on hitting the Adelaide for a first trip and been told the rockbars an issue up top, is this true? Any tips appreciated.

The rock bars up the top become an issue below half tide. They are all marked in the bible and on the SD card though.

Thump n bang rockbar will ruin your boat and trip big time if u hit it. But it's easily navigated on the upper tide plenty of big barra all the way up to margret river junction where they got a 137cm one last year landbased.
Tight lines 'n' keep the shiny side up people.

Rockbars at the top of the Adelaide will catch the unwary but I've mapped them and put them in the FF book. Turn of the tide fishes best up there, but probing the undercut banks and snags can pull a few fish throughout the tide. If you see mobs of mullet they are always worth flicking at. Otherwise fish the sharp bends and jig the verticle timber. Take cherabin pots.
