As everyone knows, threadies have gone silly in Chambers/Finke Bays the past couple of years.
Interesting that in this 2015 report they also noted a threadie boom in the Gulf of Carpentaria ... http://www.abc.net.au/news/rural/2015-0 ... di/6477936
Brisbane's Moreton Bay also has had a threadie boom, historically the fish was not ever known in numbers there.
