g'day guys, heading to crab claw this weekend and i have heard about a sandy path that is exposed at low tide called the "highway to heaven" has anyone fished it or been there before? any advice would be appreciated.

There's a bit of info in the ff book, but as far as I know, little chromies and you may get a queen or 2.

I fished it a few times but not recently. Was accessed at low tide from near the Crab Claw Resort, or by boat. Skinnies, trevs, barra and fingermark around the rock.

Could also get barra where the "path" starts at the mangroves when the tide was up.

Gotta watch the tide out there.

keep an eye on the tide, I new a fella who did not pay attention and he was at the end on the rocks when the tide came back in over the flats , and he had a bit of a walk back in the water.
