HEEEEELLLP

Post by Finatic2 »

Howdy FFF'ers
Got a mate from O/S here for just tomorrow and been racking my brains where to take him, I have just seen the aerial pics from Daly and Chambers bay and nearly cried (in fact if I still had a boat I probably would). I have borrowed bro inlaws 5 m plate boat with a 75hp and have a fair range but need to make a descion on where to go. I had thought of going to Shady via Leeders or to the bottom of Melville. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Shawn

Surfs up at the moment so Shady or Melville could be hairy. I'd be sticking to SWA/ mouth of the Adelaide.

yeah they not Barra. but if its a mate from overseas. hes probly never caught fish anyway.
they were in plague proportions the last couple of weeks. havent been there myself for 2 weekends now.
but last time i was there you could catch a fish a cast.
plus you will see birds, kangas, crocs, buffs.

Head around towards Doctors Gully and fish out side the exclusion zone with a bread burley trail for some milkies just before day light and high tide..awesome fun and cheap on the fuel. troll around larrakeyah rockwall or if weather is good head out and see if any tuna around, then hit mandorra pub for lunch and crab the late arvo incoming.
