Ive heard the same thing about rainbow trout and tuna.
They still have to eat.
So my next question is where can I get some C4 so I can drop it over the side and get fish?

There is another popular fish forum that have a awsum thread going with all makes model sounder shots and images, with owners explaing wat they are of or asking wat they are. Well worth a look and even better get one happening on this site :mrgreen:

Good idea. From now on, every photo of a fish must be accompanied by a sounder screen capture which I/d the fish on the way up and .... :D
I think that the more we post about it the better, it would help everyone work out what they are seeing on the sounder.
eg When they are almost vertical, i always thought they were head up. but Ive been told they are head down so they can see the whole water column

It's just one fish dropping 'chaff' to keep you away from where they're really feeding.
Fish are smart.
After all. they invented sonar, and transferred the knowledge when the whale swallowed jonah.
You don't think they told him everything.. do you??
