a tuna that size on the market would definalty be worth a few grand maybe around the 50k to 70k, depending on the quality and how bruised the flesh was etc.... :bow: :bow: :bow: i hope it tasted delish :clap: :clap: :clap:

Wow, that's MASSAVE............ Good job, I enjoy the long tail's and mack tuna fight let alone that monster.

I know the tuna farmers sell their fish to the Japanese for over $1000/kg :shock:

Wow that is Epic.

And i like catching the tuna we get up here at 6-10kg. That thing would have been great fun for the first hour. After that i reckong you would be well tired and over it. Great catch mate

Freakin great fish mate. I have an old fishing mag from my grampa that has pics of guys with 1000lb tuna in the boat from back in the 70's.
This Darwin Harbour Longtail would probly be good livey for those horses..
