Can try tjm, arb, opposite lock, power 4x4, the one next to bridge Toyota, also grab a copy of 4wd action they have some good deals in their mag. Most tow bars are now a few bolts and a simple plug and play wiring kit which piggybacks off your tail lights. Prettymuch a DIY job.

standy ring keith at palmy 4x4 spares, tell him were mates, dont know how good you will go for a xtrail though because he's mainly toyota but see how you go.
most twbars are around $700 plus for a new one, i had to get one on a rav4 the other day it was 700 for the towbar and 300 for the wiring kit which is a extra :banghead:

mate i run a steel shop/warehouse.

would be able to sell the steel (cut to size) for approx $100.00
i made 1 for my mates car about a month ago.

takes about 45mins of welding and dicking around at home.

but yes bugger all to them. most are made just to bolt on (4 X bolts)

pm me if you want further details.

Casuarina Shopping Centre should have a few to choose from :o

On a more serious note try the wreckers or Palmerston 4wd Spares

Ebay is a good place. I purchased a towbar for my Rav4 at Toyota when the car was new, cost $700, plus wiring.

I bought one for my new 2012 Hilux off ebay, $350 with the wiring kit, did it all myself, six bolts easy, wiring took 1/2 hr

be careful making your own as they have to be engineered otherwise if you have an accident you wont be covered by insurance
