My decky managed this 106cm PB fish on the 1st of May. Luckily having a starlink connected to one of the boats I was able to download the NT news cover that morning. In a remote creek in the Gulf. Caught on a small samaki minnow during a tough bite window.

After being put to shame last month, I managed to get my revenge on the boys on the weekend with this 109cm caught on the trusty pilly/squid combo.

Bit of a slow start this year to registering a fish but here’s one to get me on the board. A 68 out of Corroboree.

93 from Shady on a prawn. A heap of bigger Threadies caught but no pics on the mat of those vermin.
Cheers,
Richie

Upgrade - another healthy fish out of Corroboree. This one came in at 84. Great conditions so plenty of good fish being caught. Don’t know how long it will last but it’s nice getting them during the day just by flicking.

82 from Hardies at night on a black big b52. Got a ring ripped out by a much bigger fish a few casts later.
Nice Corroboree fish Marro!

Another from the fresh of the Mary river system, this one slurped down a little 3 inch prawn lure. Little bit of blood but swam off strong 87cm

I headed out yesterday with a mate and I got this 119cm on some Mackerel bloodline. We hooked a couple more, but they dusted us in the rocks.

A small upgrade - another fat billabong fish that came in at 86. With the water cooling down now flicking is a bit more challenging but the trolling is red hot. Hope it lasts.
