Did a few trips to Corroboree this month and caught some of the biggest tarpon I’ve seen and plenty of good size togas. Unfortunately these don’t count (maybe in July they should?) but I did manage a number of barra over the month ranging from low 30s to low 50s. Plenty of them but couldn’t crack one of size so yet again to keep my comp hopes alive I am registering a little tacker (53).

Trolled big baits for a big Mackie this morning, wasn't disappointed 155 cm , weight was 35kg

My boat's back from the repair place so I've managed to sneak in a trip for the month.
72cm, best of 18 barra today in the harbour on a gold suspending lure. Got a bonus keeper Mangrove Jack, too.
No net in the boat so I was a bit sketchy cradling this one in with 30lb leader and a 30 buck lure in it's mouth!

Damn!! Epic day on the harbour, I've struggled to get anything over 40cm in the harbour all month.

Got this little guy out at Hardies in the lillies on a weedless paddletail. 57cm
