A quick night fish at Dundee once the wind dropped off.

That's a cracker Ivan, well done.

Can't offer a recent fish pic, so here's a shot I took this morning ...

No barra but found a new spot to gather a few longbums if I was stranded for a day or 2 and had nothing else to eat. I'd never tried one but turns out that they're not bad chewing and pretty easy to find. But you need a bit of a good whack between 2 decent rocks to crack them open.

Went out the new Artificial reefs on Saturday night. Fair few Jewies around them. Got smoked more times than fish we landed.
Took a couple to eat and moved on.
Forgot the paper for a photo for the monthly comp.

Upper Daly lap report. We covered plenty of miles but it was a total dud on barra and even the big cherabin weren't as prolific as past years. Powertail on the other hand are doing well with a few of these pests destroying quality livies at every spot. I found this escapee cleaning the boat today.

He must've been too embarrassed to hold one up to represent his team lowrance sponsorship Matt

9 fish : all rats under 60 Only 4 scorers (over 50 cm)
is what I have read on the TEBS score sheet. Why not target bigger fish mate? Especially when its easy as dragging B52s for a couple 100km of laps while drinking beers. Still better than powertails constantly chewing up good sized cherabin though in Arctic conditions or getting snapped off or stitched up in big snag piles with the vibes though :banghead:

Lats's total was equalled in 8th place by a bloke with just 1 fish that was 84cm and ended up going the biggest for the TEBS Bynoe Harbour round. Seems like the 2018 and 2017 year class of fish is still abundant out there. Only 4 fish for the round went over 70cm.

Mate keep it fun and light hearted or there'll be no one left here to pay out. You've got heaps of info and interesting stories, just leave the chip on your shoulder at the door
