“Fishful Thinking” was custom built by Territory Marine in 2007 at 6.5 meters long and holds 300 litres of fuel this boat is perfect for long runs up remote rivers chasing meter plus Barras and equally capable of offshore trolling for Sailfish and Black Marlin!
The advantages of a pontoon style boat is the ultra sharp dead rise all the way from the bow to the stern, with the sponsons giving the boat unmatched stability while on the move and stationary. This boat does not rock with 4 big blokes all fishing on one side.

“Fishful Thinking” was repowered with a Suzuki 250 HP AP high performance outboard in May 2013 the 250AP model is the latest offering from Suzuki and is the maximum rated horse power for the hull. It now has approximately 1050 hours . The beauty of the V6 4 stroke outboard is the improved fuel economy. Now this boat offers a 1.5 KM to the litre economy increasing the boats range to 450 KM, and the reliability that Suzuki is known for still with 3 years warranty. Suzuki 250AP is also digitally controlled fly by wire system with a smooth throttle and no grinding in and out of gear. This engine was also optioned with Troll Mode giving you the ability to adjust your RPM in 50 RPM increments perfect for getting your speed just right trolling for Barras. All the engine data is displayed via the simrad NSS12 and a GMI20 gauge displaying crucial fuel used and remaining as well as all the other standard information like RPM. Engine temp, volts and more.

The trailer is a dual axle Sea Link multi roller with LED lights and upgraded brake callipers.
