While im no shark fisherman I would use a shimano tld 25 or 50 spooled with 25kg mono line running 8kg of drag at the strike button, 3m of 200lb 7 strand wire crimped to 1 or 2 9/0 hooks depending on bait size, and as previously mentioned run the bait 1m under a brake way balloon and always use live bait
