hard to say how it will fish by then , but plenty of places to tryYou do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Here in Singapore freshwater reservoir fishing are mostly targeting peacock bass temensis. Sometimes you hit some giant snakehead and arowana. Zebra tilapia also quite common though mostly after dark.
I usually use ultra light tackle here. It's more fun. Recently started doing some fly fishing as well.
Saltwater fishing more productive offshore than land based. Not many good spots for land based saltwater fishing.

Get a guide for one day at least. They can tell you about tides and basic tactics. Barra fishing changes every month as conditions change. They can help give you a heads up to start. NT tides are not something to play with as you will get caught out and spend a long wasted day or possibly longer on a mud bar some where.
