a goldspotted rock cod with darker spots!?

thats what it looks like, there is a blackspotted cod, but it doesnt show spots on the fins like the gold spotted rockcod!

maybe its a bit darker due to where it was caught?? or its a crossbreed!

The blackspotted rockcod is said to grow a bit larger!

some lovely jacks there, well done!!!

Same as all other cod. Good eating if you can put up with the bad crab breath they have.
