It is clear that most people are happy with everyone else's Seadogs entries, and that a serial complainer can kill the joy of the comp.

In 2020 there will be a strict per-entrant limit on appeals, either that or there will have to be an appeal from three entrants over any single matter for an appeal to be upheld.

The limited number of appeals/complaints will all be made via PM to me, eg not public, and any complaints posted in the public threads will result in an instant ban for the round, or banned from the comp if repeated.

At the end of the comp I'll publish all complaints for the sake of transparency. That way it won't kill the fun by being posted throughout the year.

Call it the Warm and Fuzzy Amendment

We have had people leave the comp in years past because of constant complaining, pretty sure they'll come back if the comp is refocussed on fun and away from nitpicking.
