Sure was a good night Buzz listening to Bails singing he didn't sound to bad but I was a bit blurry myself, it was good to meet you mate, yeah a pity they were a bit quiet. Scotty, how did you go after we left you on the way back up - zero for us.
Only a couple for Matty and 1 for me that night, still a worthwhile trip though.

Nothing else for us Wade, apart from the 4 you saw us with. As you say Wade, great experience with a great bunch of guys and one I like to do again.

If there is water and it holds fish, then it is fun trying to fool them into eating what you offer!!
Especially when you can see them!

Re: FFF Seadogs 2015 - Round 2 - The Run-off
It was good to have a boat in the water for this round. I did a trip to the area around Channel Point with my father who is 68 and paid off. We got a lot of solid fish and the best was 103, landed many others in the high 90s too.
This big girl took a large shallow hard body lure right on the change of the high tide and put a great fight, nearly hitting the boat on the first jump. She swam off strong.
I also managed to up increases my PB Barra on surface lure to 98. (still chasing a metery on surface lure)

Went to the Daly the last 2 days and got 60 odd fish. Majority of them were only swamp rats between 50 and 60 cm. Steele caught this 108cm baz on a gold bomber as biggest for the trip.

Nice work! Dunno why you take Steele, he always seems to end up with the biggest fish!
Looks like I'll go fishless this month. Only managed one trip to the Daly when it was dead, two days before it started going off. Only got one about 60cms and didn't take a pic, thinking there will be a heap more to come.

Got this little rat at East Pt this morning along with 2 smaller skinny's .
caught on Yo zuri 3D minnow ,gold. Only 41cm , looked very tasty
but yes swam away to fight another day Great down there the water was clear as and I could see a few bigger
fish just meters away ,, very well fed bait every where.
Same spot as last months entry
