Re: FFF Seadogs 2015 Competition - comment and prizes
There is a lot of interest in the MotorGuides now, including from our resident guru who won the comp last year and decided to take a MotorGuide instead of the original prize
If you want to discuss merits of leccy brands please start a new thread. Might already be a thread up from memory.

I have added the landbased 10cm bonus to the FFF Seadogs comp by request. However landbased entrants must register as a landbased-only registration.

Matt nominates a fish species each month to target. You enter your biggest fish for the month on a brag matt (you can upgrade during the month if you get a better fish) with a news paper from that month in the photo to prove it was caught during the allotted time period. Your best 6 fish out of the 11 will count. Person with most total centimeteres over all score will win. Fish must be alive in the photo. Must see the whole fish (dont put the paper on top of the fish). All there really is to it. Post the fish before the end of the month.

Grand prize for the FFF Seadogs 2015 Southern Freshwater comp is a $500 box of lures from Reidys, Rapala and Halco/RMG
Let your southern mates know so I have competition, don't want to win my own lures but I am happy to do so
Might add more prizes if fishos step up.
Lowrance HDS7 prize is tentative at this stage, will confirm or otherwise in due course.
RULES for the bonus FFF Freshwater Comp for Southerners. A single, separate end of year prize applies for the freshwater comp. Monthly entry, Feb to Dec - Trout, Atlantic salmon, redfin, bass and yellowbelly eligible. Bass get a 6cm+ bonus. Winner is best six of 11 rounds. No landbased bonus points in the southern comp.

Can I post a fish if I catch one from a mate's boat tomorrow?

Yes, as long as you can be clearly identified in the location photo.
