The fish on the brag mat is fresh out of the water, looks good to me when lightened in Photoshop. Location shot will do under the circumstances, especially since this round has been quiet.

Queensland hits the front in Round 4 - Jewie Busters

Headed out early Tuesday morning, 2.30am early. Not quite gentleman's hours but that's when the waters were moving.

After a quick trip we were at out destination, between Nightcliff boat ramp and Lea point.

It wasn't long before the action really started to pick up. Was my misses doing all the work, and needed no intervention at all.

After a 4 hour fight we had it on board. Now I know most people target the big girls, but after boating two girls in previous trips I was quite happy to have a little fella on board.

He measured in at 49cms and just over 3kgs, a very healthy specimen indeed.

We were all cleaned up and home by 11am, so it was a very quick trip indeed.

I know technically I didn't catch it myself, but I do like to think Im the skipper (we all know that in this situation we are very much the decky, there just to get the drinks)
Congrats to you both mate, must have had your fishin hat on. :applause:
He's definitely a keeper. :)
