FFF Seadogs 2013 - ONGOING RESULTS

Post by Matt Flynn »

Here's the Round 1 results - many thanks to passenger279 for knocking together an excellent spreadsheet.

Congrats to those who landed fish, there were some good ones caught.

Looking at the results, we have ponyplay in the lead, and .... well, I'm glad FFF isn't supplying the coffee to go with those donuts

In the bonus trout round, Fluorocarbon Flynn is the clear leader :catch:

All entrants please check your results.

Here's the Round 2 results - many thanks again to passenger279 for knocking together the spreadsheet.

Please put any errors or ommissions or appeals on this thread, I think there is an ommission from Round 1 that I promptly forgot about, I'll need a reminder.

The two entries marked * with no location mugshots will be excluded from final results if no mugshots are forthcoming.

Congrats to all who caught fish - it's been interesting to see how the comp and forums came to life as soon as the serious rain fell!

No worries Sy.

All competitiors note - all round results will be reviewed at the end of the comp before prizes are handed out.

Any ineligible entries will be weeded out etc and missing entries or points added on to the spreadsheets.

Will have the Round 3 results up soon.

Results for Round 3 are attached.

Congrats to those who got a fish.

All entries will be reviewed at the end of the comp for compliance, and those not complying will be removed before the finally tally for prizes.

Reminder - the comp is the best 7 of 11 rounds, so if you are sitting on three donuts already, then you need to get a jewie this round for a chance at the overall prizes. There are two weeks left of the jewie round.

But there are plenty of monthly prizes to be won. Monthly round prizes will be distributed at the end of the comp.

Also will be some Lucky Donut Door Prizes

It is still not too late to register new boats for the comp, get your FFF sticker at Craig's Fishing Warehouse.

Don't forget your newspapers :catch:

Here are the Round 4 - Jewfish Busters results, spreadsheet again courtesy Passenger279, many thanks

Some great fish caught, but not a lot 'weighed in', I am curious how many had a go but just didn't get a fish?

Because if people aren't having a go during the Jewfish round then I will revise it for the 2014 comp.

Any errors need fixing or disputes, get 'em in quick :fishing:

I went out 3 times for 2 jewies a 121 and a 103. But the 121 was caught by a mate that's not in the comp and I don,t claim deckies fish. The 103 was caught by me when pete and I got smashed up in the big storm and there was no way to get a capture shot.I thought about getting a shot in the morning but we thought you wouldn,t except a dead fish shot, but now I look at the post and it seems you do (I feel robbed).
Sometimes it dosn,t pay to be honest,,,,could of had 224 on the board instead of ZERO :bricks:

The comp is best left as is,,,

I gave it a shot (would have done more but for the weather and trips away) - I did donate an anchor and rope to the jewie cause though - does that count?

Still think it's a worthwhile round!
