Like that idea Mickkk, caught 17 species in about 8 hours of fishing at Dundee earlier in the year. How do you score it? Total length, number of species times 5 cm?

Could be an interesting round. Could give ever one a challenge. Would have to think of a way to score it though. Maybe something along the lines of the bluewater classic where fish species are given a set number of points per kg of fish. Could be changed to be per centimetre of fish for release purposes?

I'll have the Seadogs spreadsheet up shortly for the Mackerel round, plus ongoing results.

Currently a Sandgroper and BananaBender hold the top two places for the overall comp

Latest results here up to the Round 5, let me know of any errors or protests asap. Apologies for the delay with the results.

Congrats to the few who entered a mackie in Round 5.

Looks like a Sandgroper and BananaBender are leading the field. Whaddya call NT people, Croc Biters?

A couple of rod prizes still have to be chosen by the previous round winners. Prizes will be distributed at the end of the comp.

Good luck all for the tuna round, looks like fairly slim pickings so far.

Thanks again to passenger279 for the spreadsheet

I'll have a trout entered next month, it's been closed season here the past three months, I know yooz can hardly wait for a trout post ...

Hi there,

I just can't get the right fish on the right month...
That is my excuse for not catching any fish anyway...

Have a good day,

You can claim Deckie fish if in your boat.

Not sure Matt, as I am having trouble with the format of the leader board and cant enlarge the file with out the typing blurring but I think my score has me in second just even if Sullo's mac is counted. Am I wrong?

Yes, it appears I'm having trouble with blurriness too :D

Looks like a Sandgroper in first place, a Crocbiter in second, and a Bananabender in third

That's just the total from all rounds so far, at the end it's the best seven of 11.

I'll clean up the ineligible ones when I do the final tally for prizes.

There will also be a final chance for appeals/queries at the end of the comp.

Will be a lucky prize or two for those who missed out.
