went to corrobree with joel last nite. he got a 65 fist up and a few other boats were landing fish but I couldn’t get at hit. it was taking me a while to get use to using the new 90. it slowest speed was 4.5km so I had keep putting it in and out of gear... anyway i decided to start trawling with the eclectic so I could go about 2km. well next trawl i was on... this beauty... a few passes later we got another 75 but then it was about 10pm and time to head home.

Nice one barrabustin', good to see a fish from MRBridge :fishing:

CuddlesCooper wins Round 6 with an 80cm barra

I'll update the tally for the rounds once I get the FISH FINDER book out the door.

Matt said that because my fish was covered by the paper it didn't count. As some one could cut the fish and make it bigger. I didnt know that rule, but it is in there and it is a fair enough rule.

Yes, apologies to jonr, but I have to stick to the rules or it will get messy.

A good reminder that fish must not be covered by the newspaper in a way that would allow someone to cut the fish in half and extend it. I know it's unlikely to happen ... :D

I'll find some lures when the prizes are divvied out in November for jonr, for the excellent 81cm billabong fish.

You're not allowed to cut your fish in half to make it longer.........what?

You mean I have to go back and take 5cm off every fish I ever caught? Typical...come here to get away from pedantic rules.....next we'll be told you're not allowed to photograph a really big barra in two shots then join them together.

....WHAT!!??

What is this Russia? If a blokes camera is too small to film big fish......what about the sinkers? Surely we can still put sinkers down their gob before weighin?
