Mojiko

Post by Cozzy0011 »

Just wanted to let everyone know about some good old customer service

I bought a Mojiko tournament rod in NSW at Xmas, carbon fibre jobby, used it a fair bit since. It cost me 175.00 on sale. Last weekend it broke on a barra and as you could assume i was not happy. Emailed Anaconda and two days later i got a call and without hesitation they have sent up a new one no questions asked, didnt even ask for pic's.
I dont know if many people have these rods but i rate their customer service, its a nice change.

Real question is.. did you still land the barra?
Fishing in the top end isn't just a matter of life or death, it's much much more serious than that.

spewing.. I remember I got given a nice graphite rod as a chrissy present. Went to the daly first fish I caught on it snapped the rod in half.. Landed the barra with only 2 eyelets on the rod (stick). Barra went 87cm. Lucky and unlucky at same time.
