These are some I made up a little while ago

And these ones with single strand wire right through

Get the feathers from the $2 shop and put a few drops of super glue inside the heat shrink, stuff in the feathers before you shrink it.

Just in case you wanted an idea to add some spice

Hey dannett, are they just those cheap slices from Kmart modified? Looks the goods, do you need clean water for them to work?

Thanks Lats, using them tomorrow.

I have made up some wire ones in the past to use for exactly that. Mind you I have landed macs and big sharks on 40lb flurocarbon a few times too.

I saw these, they look good. The cord I have is a bit heavy, I am trying to find some lighter stuff.

Yep, modified cheapies. Clean water is good but not critical in my opinion.

What kind of cord? I was thinking about using something like a 100 lb braid.

Sounds like what I am looking for. This is 200 lb dyneema and would be too heavy for the smaller jigs. It should hold up pretty well with the fish I am targeting.
