how's it playing up mate?

these reels aren't too hard to take apart yourself if your keen.

otherwise give justin a call i guess. i've never used his services but there's a lot of people are happy with it.

cheers
When asked by a non-fisherman "how many fishing rods do you actually need?", the correct response is either:
A) n+1 (where n is the number if rods you currently have); or

B) n-1 (where n is the number of rods which would cause your other half to dump you)

Have a yarn to Matty West at Fishing and Outdoor World.
He knows the Shimano stuff inside and out. Willing to give out advice for nuthin, or if you get him to fix it they don,t charge too much.

Give the insides a clean and lube, including the level wind. sounds like it's over due for a service.

What do ya reckon would be good to clean a reel out?
Shellite and a toothbrush be alright?
