I keep it simple ,just garlic infused olive oil salt and pepper and a good
sprinkle of Italian herb Mix ,
Cook on a hot grill skin side down for about 5 minuets each side .
Only turn once or they fall apart .
Yummo ,, Best part of the fish I reckon :D
