I love taking smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches on fishing trips. No superstition about eating fish while fishing, is there?

Barra cod hands down. People say they dont take them because they have a mate for life which is fair enough but after I had one its hard to let them swim past my spear gun.

Had a barra cod many, many years ago, beautiful, but unfortunately there totally protected over here now, & have been for quite a while
