Whats your version of chilli crab recipe ??

I like to make a simple one when camping
Clean and quarter crab crack all the claws
Steam it with Lemon grass
Half a jar of ginger half a jar garlic
As much as you like crushed chilli
Stir fry it for a bit
Two cans of coconut milk
simmer for a bit
Fresh corriander
squeeze in two freh lemons
eat

I prefer thai green curry. Half jar of that asian curry. Shitload of garlic. 2 cans coconut cream and 2 coconut milk. Boil till delicious
