up to us again with Scamper and KK.2rods wrote:I have some free time to help BB... just let me know when
yes blinky, we'll need some cable to connect this wreck with an existing one. gonna try something different this time. precision sinking like a surgeons knife.
oh well, we'll have all the fun yet again. cant see whats not to like about sipping beer in the sun with oxy's, welders all manner of noisey equipment and creating beautiful ship wreck art. we should do it to Chopin or Mozart this time.
I have the traditional BBQ for the front deck.

Matt and all the sponsors are making splendid progress with the raffle.
The working bee is pencilled in for 17-18th and 24-25th. I have a box trailer and cage for the rubbish we have to strip out, oxy kit and welder. Any extra oxy bottles will be very welcome!
The plan is to cut the mast in half and erect the 2 pieces fore and aft. There are cables and turn buckles already in place.
Cut a section out of the hull below the water line and seal in a removable plate as the scuttling device.
It will need the usual artistry on the sides from the FFF’ers.
I’ll post a time to meet at the Sailing Club closer to the date. Date for scuttling is around 15th of May.
Look forward to catching up with my fellow FFF’s, making a some noise and having a jolly good laugh.
