OK Crew,
I'm aiming for the week of 22/01 to 29/01 to do the wood removal and hull prep.
As everyone has different work hours we'll can just spread the work over a few days and do some work after work hours.
some of the equipment needed - water pump(2rods), utes/trailers, sikaflex(I've got one tube), large massonary drill bits, extention cords, ladders, personal safety gear(eye, foot, hand and skin protection), hammers(nail removal), ropes.
I reakon from tuesday onwards will be the go. I'll post some times this weekend. Address is Blue Point Fabrications 660 Stuart Hwy Berrimah. Access is from the rear of the yard via Vigilant Lane(behind Harvey Norman).

How about Australia Day? Anybody for an early assault then Forum BBQ lunch and a light beer or two? With JJJ pumping of course.

There's a few logistical problems with moving the hull. The transport company is yet to get come up with a plan, initial conversations were positive, however the plan struck a hitch in the details. So with this we'll have to cancel OZ day working bee.
Sorry for the mess around. Until there's a solid plan in place to get the hull in we'll have to hold off.

FFF FAD # 2 is now going ahead.
Calling all FFF's, it's time to send another broken dream to a watery grave.
Shorelands has given the big 'Go Ahead'.
DIPFM has given the 'Go ahead'.
task list -
clean it out and remove rubbish
check for any cracks(2rods personal favorite task)
install a tow point
paint the cr.p out of it with FFF crazy slogans
when ready to float, get the Harbour Master is give Towing clearance.
organise a tow boat, any FFF's with a big motor?
organise drop point, Hudson creek private wharfs.
sounds too easy for a bunch of fish crazy locals!
