PB Reef Jack

Post by Sullo »

Went out a few nights ago chasing crays and got some good squid at the same time.Took them out today chasing reds, was a bit slow at the first mark so went and sounded around some new ground and found a nice 38m lump in 65m of water,a couple of hours later here is the result,a good mixed bag with a 70cm jack :D

What a brute!

There'd be a host of fish at that mark thankful he's been moved on.

Nice fish, ripper jack, well done sullo
Love to get a few bigger ones around here, they seem to like the deeper water though once they grow a bit

70cm jacks in the mangroves would be a challenge:-)
If there is water and it holds fish, then it is fun trying to fool them into eating what you offer!!

Especially when you can see them!
