Mackies on the south side of North Arm
Hey Guys,
Did a run out to Balou's secret spot on saturday night, fairly lumpy so was a slow trip but we got what we came for.
Some nice Mackie steaks for when my oldies come up to visit. The biggest of my 2 went 130+cm.

Nice. I'm thinking about a run out there early Sunday. Unfortumatly I don't think I'll be the only one with this idea.

Well done, great fish. Yum!
They feed well at night with a Full Moon too.

If there is water and it holds fish, then it is fun trying to fool them into eating what you offer!!
Especially when you can see them!

Nice work Edo. If you're after perfect crust, lightly dust the cutlets in a 50/50 mix of plain flour and curry powder then shallow fry in hot vegie oil...magic.

When the wind stops blowin, we will go back out mate, or we can just take your new rig in any conditions.Mudwarrior wrote:No invite Edo... makes a sad panda....
You would have to much fish in your freezer from your Dundee/Perons trip anyway mate.
