maroon dam. Lovely little fishing hole. I've fish it at 110% and at right down to 10% during the bass comps.

There are some mighty big cod in the timber to the back of the dam, we use to catch the odd one on large spinner baits. Great creatures.

Very pleased to see that its getting some freshwater into it now and rising and even better to see others enjoying the spot.

Hi Seafarer, going to fish Maroon Dam this Easter. Do you have any tips to catch a few fish.

Been there once before - no fish.

Do we fish the timber, look for weed beds, fish somewhere deep or if the dam is rising do we fish the top of the dam.

Thanks Shane
