Easier than I thought

I went for a bit of a spin this morning, on the way back I passed back and forth over a wreck for about 10 minutes as a bit of a test. Dodgy .jpg of the output attached.

Make sure you adjust your GPS track plot to one entry per second. This adjustment is in your GPS and ensures you get maximum data.

Thanks Matt, I had it set at 2 Seconds and was motoring at about 8 Knots. Lots of fine tuning to be done yet. How do you get the Lat Long grid lines to come up?

There may also be a GPS setting to record trackpoints at every metre or so - it will choose what comes first, a metre travelled or a second elapsed.

Lat Long grids are in the 2D map, the settings are customisable, including number of grid lines and size of type etc.
