Lake Mulwala

Post by Gibbo »

Headed to Wagga for Xmas with the oldies, with the intention of getting a fishing trip in to Eucumbene but reports where that it had stopped fishing well and Mulwala WAS GOING OFF so off we went ,Grant(brother)Dad and some mates, stayed at a nice little van park at Bundalong just happened to be right next door to Bundalong Tavern... :drinking1: :drinking1:
Does the best flathead fillets i,ve ever tasted :chef2: :chef2:
Fishing was.......NOT GOING OFF....very quiet but did manage 2 small cod
has to be 60cm for a keeper, still had a great time thou
The amount of timber there has got to be seen to be believed
is amazing so much cover for fish, a few 1000km north would be Barra heaven
A place i could retire to i reckon
cheers :drinking1: :drinking2: :drinking3:
