Finally got out on the Bay on Sunday to look for some Snapper ground, sounded around in 16m of water and found some good bottom, put the baits out and sat back for a coffee when all hell broke loose. Every rod went off and in short order had 4 nice reds to 55cm in the boat, no camera worse luck. was a school passing with the tide so after no more joy in an hour, gave it a miss. Next thing ,now I have a starting point is to ttry for them on plastics.
Cheers.
